Suranne Jones
Sarah Anne Jones, better well-known as Suranne Jones, is an actress and producer of England. Her fame has been built by her role as Ruth Slater in the miniseries 'Unforgiven', Detective Rachel Bailey in the police procedural drama "Scott & Bailey", as well as GP Gemma Foster in the medical drama 'Doctor Foster'. Jones is a Greater Manchester native who joined Oldham Theatre Workshop to receive her BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts. She began performing on stage at the age of eight young, playing Gloria in a production of 'Wait Until Dark'. In 1997, she made her debut on the screen with a 'Coronation Street episode'. It was in 2000 that she appeared on the show to portray Karen McDonald. After the end of ITV's soap, she appeared in a number of characters in television shows such as "Vincent" and 'Strictly Confessional" and Harley Street. Films like "Broken Hearts" and A Christmas Star', a Christmas Star, and the film Love and a Long Shot she was in various characters.
