Srushti Dehmukh started preparing for UPSC in the third stage of her engineer bachelor's degree. During her graduation, she questioned whether she would be content working in an engineering position. Then, she realized that her dream was civil services and decided to pursue it. Her parents encouraged to study civil service and pursue a public-service career. She was motivated to become an IAS officer and was focused to achieve that goal. The work required to become an IAS officer is greater. When she was preparing in engineering, she used to also work on different subjects for UPSC. Exam preparation was conducted daily. She mastered the engineering tests in only one-and-a-half months and stayed away from social activities. She believes that focusing on the task at hand is essential to pass this test. She aimed to pass this exam on the first go and has put in lots of hard work. Each day she would went through the news to stay updated with the current news. Online, she collected numerous study resources and watched Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh Book IAS Srushti Deskmukh created and released A book entitled The Answer Writing Guide. The book is available at all libraries of the states of India. This is a great book to all IAS aspirants rigorously preparing to crack this exam.
